Elon Musk's father, Errol, owns half a share of an emerald mine in Zambia. Zambia is in South Africa.
Errol bought his half of the mine in the mid 1980's, and Apartheid didn't end until the early 1990's. That means for about ten years, the Musks did nothing but profit from Apartheid and practically slave labor.
This is all public knowledge. I'm very curious what source you has that says that the mine isn't in South Africa, considering both Errol and Elon have said so.

Those lines are called "borders" they're a visual identification to seperate those fancy shapes which are called "countries". #South-Africa, which is the most Southern shape, is at least another shape from the shape called Zambia.
As for your retarded rebuke, that's "foreign relations" i.e affairs happening in foreign shapes. South Africa didn't control any of those countries at any time aside from Namibia.
Also South Africa got it's independence from Britain in 1961, and Zambia became independent in 1964. Again two seperate countries with different governments.
