Your video moved me to tears. I'm an engineer that is desperately trying to leave this industry after a male director terminated me for reporting his bullying to HR after it impacted my mental health to the point I couldn't even eat. After hell for the past 12 years of my career dealing with entitled older white men I don't know how to even go back to work because the trauma is so deep.
