The other day I saw a post on r/badscience that says there's no inherent mental differences between genders and all differences are due to socialization. I was going to reply but thought it'd be a waste of my time. Redditors really hate the idea of innate differences between sexes for some reason.

Another slightly less obvious truth is male vs female brain development. When we are young or brain starts as a generic CPU and as we get older parts become more specialized like the video or sound card if a computer.

This happens mostly in younger years and that's why it's easier to learn things like languages and music at a younger age.

In men this happens to a much greater degree and for a longer time. This is why men excied an fields like STEM, business, finance and pretty much any other complicated field.

This also explains why men have a wider IQ bell curve then women with some men being very smart and some men being very stupid.
