Ari has some really great friends who have stuck by him through a couple recent issues.

He spiked someone's drink with MDMA, then he did this whole Kobe thing - somehow has dodged large cancel movements twice within half a year.

Some have suspected he is using his in-born genetic abilities which make him inherently talented at controlling people, but truth is, he has just become so tight with his fellow comics that they're backing his plays.
