The 9/11 Vore Conspiracy argues that the twin towers were not hit by planes externally. Instead, planes were built inside the towers, and continually inflated which eventually caused a collapse.

The anonymous theorist, reviewing footage of the 9/11 attack, stops the footage numerous times to point out "weak zones" of the town that gave in as a response to the increasing weight of the internal aircraft.

He highlights areas in the footage that portray people and objects being violently thrown out of the windows with force, as well as small billows of steam and fire, happening at the lower floor levels of one of the towers.

"Look at this shit. You're telling me there's just random ass explosions going on? Down here? We ain't even remotely close to where the plane collided. Bull fucking horse shit.'

The theorist explains that the planes were built by "crazed U.S. government scientists who watched too much Doctor Who, it was like that of a real life TARDIS experiment".

"They built these massive towers, for what? Business? Hell nah, have you seen the economy pre-9/11? It was shit. We didn't have the money nor energy for no goddamn tower of that size, and definitely not two."

We asked why the experiment would take place in the middle of a city as crowded as NYC. The theorist responded:

"It's hidden in plain sight. NYC's got all the resources in the world, right at your disposal. Nah, seriously man, look at these streets, there's a fuckin' garbage pile up just down the road. How could you possibly lose weight by not restricting your calorie intake to below your expenditure? If you're consuming more than you expend, you put on weight. If you consume less than you expend, you lose weight. It's not complicated at all. Obviously there's other aspects of nutrition that matter for overall health, but weight loss is entirely dependent on caloric restriction. If I'm trying to lose weight, I eat less. If I'm trying to gain weight, I eat more. The only reason people gain more weight after a diet is because they're weak willed fat fucks with no self discipline, who are incapable of sticking to their goals.

Erm sorry but if all I ate every day was 1000 calories of cake or 1000 calories of chicken, potatoes and salad, I'd still lose 2lbs every week. It's just much harder to do on cake because you feel less full and nutritionally satiated. But, if I ate 2000 calories of chicken, potato and salad, I wouldn't lose any weight because I'd be replacing all of my expended energy.

A few things: 1) is the point of dieting to lose weight in general or to get rid of excess body fat? During most deficiencies bone and muscle are the first to get tapped if there isn't the proper nutrients, while excess fat cells take their place waiting to get filled.

2) Even still the 3,500kCal = 1lb isn't particularly accurate in general and not quite how the body works in the real world. Our bodies don't have an accounting office that go "we hit 3,500kcal Boys! Fire off another pound." One of the biggest issues with the CICO mindset is that the measurements on both sides of the equation are inaccurate without scientific instruments...

There's a reason most people on CICO like myself still tend to eat healthier when they get onto their diet, because eating healthier on 1200 calories of food is going to fill you up more and not make you feel like you're lacking as much energy, nutrients, vitamins, etc than eating the same amount of calories in donuts and frapps, but we still calorie count because without counting, you can easily go over your limit and then you won't hit your weightloss goals.

Portion control is pretty important, but my point is that with good, fun, and hearty eating portion control becomes an added bonus... not the main focus.

No, because intuitive eating isn't "just eat what you want." These fatties miss the point. The idea behind it is that psychologically dieting is too stressful for people who love feed. So instead of restricting dood it says "eat when you're hungry, when you're hungry eat what you want, and instead of eating until youre full, only until youre not hungry" which sounds a lot like "eat whatever"

But then you think about it, and this means no bored eating, emotional eating, no routine eating when youre not hungry, no social eating when youre friends order food ar the bar and youre not really hungry but youll order food too, and when you do eat you cant stiff your face and eat until youre physically uncomfortable. It basically tricks people into volunteering into a restrictive diet. Theres also the hope youll begin adding more healthy stuff because you will feel like shit of all you eat are processed foods.
