He continued to threaten to jail me for not following his order and I let him know right away that after this proof of his obvious bias to believe her lies so that she could take my belongings, that I would have him reviewed and removed as a judge. He is not supposed to let his personal feelings direct his orders. So I went off on him and finally my attorney got me quiet and then my attorney went off on him with the same threats. Finally the judge gave in and told her he could no longer help her. It is sad that women can manipulate judges to steal from their ex, but this happens quite frequently when they feel they can get away with it. The judge kept siding with her over and over though she had clearly moved out into her own place and taken all her belongings, but then decided she wanted a TV that I paid for with my money along with dishes, etc because her ignorant brother told her that if he could get me arrested for disobeying an order by the judge, they could move all that stuff out and I would have to sue to get it back; it would not be “stealing” as she would have a right to take it (which in Texas she can not take anything out of the home without my permission, but if I were locked up, she can take whatever she wanted, I can’t stop her from doing so if I am in jail for 24 hours). Their plan failed and I almost got the judge banned. I was successful in getting him reviewed, but he was given a minor punishment and still practices til this day. He simply should not be a judge.
