Found this lunatic in the replies to daddy's tweets, making the ever-original small hands joke, and I was lured in by the hypnotic awfulness of the accompanying cartoon, which is almost artful in the totally of its failure. The twitter page reveals hundreds more similar images, each equally as inept and all proudly watermarked 'Cathygraphics'. Here are some examples:
