They're a great veggie if you're substance farming, but other than that taters are shitty veggies for overall health.
You don't know what the fuck you are talking about.
When you don't fry them or slather them in junk they're low in calories, have 0 grams of fat and cholesterol and contain a huge amount of vitamin C as well as other essential vitamins and nutrients like calcium, iron, niacin and vitamin b. Hell, potatoes have more potassium in them than bananas do. The fiber in the skins binds with cholesterol in your blood so that you excrete it and the B6 vitamins are essential for fighting off neurological diseases.
In fact there are so many different varieties of potatoes with different nutrient profiles that you could almost exist entirely off them in perfect health.
weird. I drink a shitload of water and run like a maniac, maybe I fluctuate that much too?
I don't think I've stepped on a scale in a few months tbh, not trying to put on muscle or lose fat so idc what I weigh as long as stay around where I'm at
Wake up dehydrated and hungry. Throughout the day you eat several meals and drink a shit ton of water. By the end of the night you could be 5 pounds heavier.
I don't have a problem with weight but it just got to be a habit of checking after showering, like a ritual. I've been trying to lose a little body fat lately (while adding or maintaing the muscle I have) because I kinda want to know what it's like to have somewhat defined abs at least once. See how I like it.
I gave up on getting my abs back when I moved to new orleans lol. right now I'm training for a marathon in a couple months, after that I will probably lay off running for a while.
I've done fat cutdown like you're doing before, I lost 40 lbs of college fat a couple years after lsu... the diet part is by far the worst. lifting is fun, so is cross-training. good luck man it'll be worth it
At my height and weight that's only about a less than 2% change, and probably just level of hydration +/- do I need to shit; when was the last time I ate; did I not eat a 'normal' amount for a couple days
When you weight as much as the president (~240), you can probably fluctuate that much from day to day just based on your hydration and weather you took a shit or not yet.
I can’t help but feel like people like that have had abusive childhoods. It’s the social equivalent of smearing faeces on the walls. Intentionally doing things that are weird and unpleasant for everyone involved just to provoke (justified) negative attention.
There's a great thread in there where some very stable person says he wishes trump died a few months back, and the people saying that's a little extreme are being downvoted to shit lmfao. I love current year.

mac and cheese also counts as a vegetable, per the rules of the Luby's Lu-Ann Platter circa 1996

Potatoes are vegetables in the same way a pop-tart with strawberry jelly is fruit
5 FearOfBees 2020-02-26
Potatoes are one of the best vegetables ever you can practically live off them.

I just checked worldnews to see if there was any coronavirus info. The top fucking 5 posts have something to do with Trump. It's fucking ridiculous.
1 Burnnoticelover 2020-02-26
How far apart were the physicals?
2 rakrakaon 2020-02-26
Yearly I believe.
2 Burnnoticelover 2020-02-26
Doesn’t seem like a four pound change in a year should matter that much, certainly not enough to be a grave health concern.
Granted maybe with someone as far as he is. It’s more of a concern.
2 AlveolarPressure 2020-02-26
Wasn't he like 1 lb short of obesity last time? Even 4 lbs would send him over the 30 bmi limit

Don't you know Trump has personally shot 1,935,203 Hispanic children who were set on growing up to become doctors?
