It's literally the fifth season of a show about lawyers and drug criminals in Albuquerque and this is the first time we are seeing two characters who have been established as prominent DEA agents in the Albuquerque area. The BB universe is filled with statistical anomalies, this isn't even one of them. It would seem very out of place if they never showed up.

I can tell you're one of those retards who no one wants to watch movies with because you constantly try to poke holes in everything you watch. Learn your place and just consume.
