"3cap" refers to growing three poisonous mushrooms in one round (i.e. usually whitecap, but any will do).
It's hard because your team-mates have fertilise the soil in the first seconds and then spread the spores to the enemy base, all the while defending your own base from enemy anti-fungal cream bombing.
It's usually not worth it because the enemy can just sit back and go for a selrel (self-reliability victory, i.e. growing enough vegetables), but it's sometimes a good strat 👍
