It's literally in the nursing code of ethics to quit if you cannot safely and adequately care for patients, I could quit and get a new nursing job within a couple weeks.
It's our direct responsibility to ensure we do so I wouldn't see it as not our fault. Most nurses are whiny social media bitches though, I'd only walk out for egregious safety concerns but I'm not gonna plaster my complaints everywhere. My license is important to me and if a patient died because of inadequate care I would be fucked.
