On 9/5/18 I met my best friend. Nearly 5 months later she gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Just a reminder that being a father is not about “blood” but about being available with unconditional love and support
Our local government kept having to put out notices to people to stop handing animals over to PETA (their HQ is based in the city). PETA would just put the animals down, despite telling people they would care for animals.
The problem was that they would not pay to dispose of the carcases. They would sent volunteers out to illegally dump the carcases wherever they could find unattended dumpsters. They get busted doing this shit all the time.
But in a fun PETA story, I watched them get the crap beat out of them because they refused to move a protest from the front of Portsmouth naval shipyard. They were warned and then 10 minutes later, the Marines shower up and cracked skulls.
They were moving nuclear fuel rods and the jarheads tend to take that seriously.
Internet vegans really don't know how to argue. They rush into this thread, which already makes vegans look as stupid as possible so regular people are being even less charitable to their cause than usual, and jump directly into the human slavery comparisons.

I only support PETA when they seize and kill peoples pitbulls.

The PETA support in Tiger King made me take everything about it less seriously than I already was

Their thought processes are impaired by nutritional deficiencies, like most Americans, but even worse. It's to be expected really.
