here we are again... No Fapss talking about how superhuman powers are achieved through abstaining from spilling his seed.... assuming all their unhealthy habits and lifestyle is caused by porn.

  1. First of all, it doesn't occupy only 10 minutes for some people, including me. I had a kind of ritual of watching porn and jerking off and it wasnt short at all. Secondly, porn can and from quick research I did is proven to change your brain. NoFap is full of people who understand nothing about science amd make claims, and will talk to you about the types of changes it makes as if the are neuroscientists. It is a bad thing, but it doesnt make all of ths calims about this devoid of substance just like the claims of nofappers(excuse my unprecise articulation of this, English is my second language and I don't have the patience right now to use more precise vocabulary). Even if NoFap effects are placebo, or are not caused by not fapping, who cares? It makes people feel better. Maybe they could have got there in a different way, but that is the way they found to motivate themselves to change habits. It helps them, at the end.
  2. Agreed, I was for some reason under the impression porn makes virtually all of the people who watch it addicts. However, there should be measures taken against rape porn, incest etc. And children, and teens, should not be exposed to it.
  3. But do you really think that kids will look at that warning? It means nothing. Yes, supposedly I am still a very good student. I am doing a course in university at age 14.5, and succeeding in it, what is the problem? The thing is that for me porn is addicting, and it hurts me. I might not be the typical broken down NoFapper, but I still am suffering because of porn.
