They claim some piece of land as theirs and then have some other people build an house there so that they can charge some other people to exist on that piece of land. (But if they only didnt contribute nothing to society, no hate for them, but they are an active leech, an active detriment to society)

Land was not made by humans and ought to be common property, bc not only is it unethical to own land for profit, but it also falls under the tragedy of the commons (most easily seen when looking at natural ressources) whereby an individual owner of any piece of land would look to extract as much value out of that land as possible which supports harmful behavior that can harm and destroy said land.
Secondly, owning property gives someone an massive power over their tenants life. Even if only 5% of that subs posts are real and not satire, it still means a lot of people are forced to decide between: Getting fucked by their landlord or becoming homeless. It still means that a lot of people can get away with building an kitchen next to an toilet bc their tenant dared to ask for what was promised to them in an contract. The fact that an person can have that much power over anybodies live is by itself an crime. An crime against society at large and against any individual suffering under it.

Those affordable $700/mo apartments become $1500/mo luxury apartments that only the upper-middle class can afford. Next thing you know, the neighborhood you grew to love no longer exists. Instead, it's a bunch of white yuppies.
Additionally, they strip away tenants rights. Larger corporate landlords may even lobby against renters' movements.
What would normally be democratically run by an HOA or Tenants' Council becomes controlled by an authoritarian landlord dictatorship. You no longer control, as a group, the rules your group must follow, the consequences for not following those rules, changes made to unit pricing, lease duration, and other contract terms.

I'd just drop the word dictatorship, to be honest. Landlords are fairly authoritarian, though not in the same ways a state might be.
A less "loaded" way of stating it would be to say that landlords are a concentrated power which exert undemocratic control over their tenants.
Which is basically the definition of authoritarian, though I understand why some might want to avoid it.
