Apparently all the commenters are interpreting the law so we do have to as well. There a bunch of people saying that cross examination of your accuser under the 6th amendment only applies to courts. They are very wrong. Due process requirements extend to a lot of government action(for example, firing a teacher or other state employee , etc.). Devos has expanded the requirements for title IX claims.
