While there is another indigenous religious group - Druzes they are part of Israeli army and there is non Palestinian group but "arab" many of them also part of Israeli army , basically bedouins are nomadic(Nb nomadic sometimes Gypsies/romanis are called also Bedouins) people who are ethnically closer to Arabians like Saudis and Yemenis, so i am sure Israel pushes them for propaganda look we got muslim Arabs in army, when it is really Bedouins
