Everything in this world has an agenda. Beliefs, goals, etc. Every UN meeting has an agenda, the organization itself never shied away from taking stances on many controversial issues.

Is it just that some people think agendas are bad? Because they are everywhere and that's just a fact. People, parties, organizations you like have agendas. They are all different. It's a thing we need to accept if we want to build a healthy society. You know what? As long as you have different agenda and argue with research and stats I am happy to accept your point of view, I really am. This is why I am now engaging in conversation with you instead of mocking you for a stance different from mine.

The unsettling thing is that you are not willing to listen to them in the first place because they are promoting things you do not like, now THAT is the real problem, the only agenda that can really be bad (apart from promoting obviously dangerous things u know): being so partisan you are unable to do anything with the opponent but mock.
