I was confused at first. He seemed to be saying that if you ask data a question, data will answer that exact question accordingly, which if anything would put the blame on user error rather than evil lying numbers. Then I realised the truth.
He's talking about the character Data from Star Trek. You see, the actor that portrays Data, Brent Spiner, is a secret deep state operative. Data always lies. The deep state pulls his strings, Spiner is just a mouthpiece for the establishment; you can make Data say most anything you like.
It's not just Spiner. This is why George Takei won't shut up about Drumpf and those Japanese camps from WW2. The whole cast of Star Trek are deep state Hollywood plants. Why else would Sir Patrick Stewart come back for that awful Picard show, only to talk about Daddy Dumpy and Brexit in all those interviews? It's almost too obvious.
