Lemme schizopost for a second - Russian interference online isn’t compelling and convincing arguments for the right, but rather an Internet-wide collective effort to make the left look like complete fucking dipshits
Assuming this poster is real, people like this, children and manchildren just fill in the holes in the gaps by being stupid as fuck
Obama signed the NDAA in 2012 declaring that he could strip the right to due process for anyone the Feds declare a terrorist. He also set a precedent when he murdered an American citizen Anwar al-Awlaki with a drone strike without putting him on trial. Not only did he do that, he went in and murdered his 16 year old son just a short time after who was also an American citizen and didn't get a trial. Trump murdered his 8 year old daughter in one of his first military operations as commander in chief.
Since Trump declared Antifa a terrorist organization, he can claim any one of these rioters/looters/protestors are terrorists and detain them indefinitely. The fact that he is just doing a catch and release shows we aren't in a fascist state yet but I could see us trending in that direction more and more over the next decade.
how about being consistent and admitting that you give a zero shit about federalism or states rights, both the left and the right, the story of the US has been from day one that such concepts are silly and abandoning them ever since for a more national Hamilton government made the US stronger
seriously, fuck state governments, you can't trust these fuckers, no matter whether they are Portland wokies or some rural militia backing assholes, anything that increases the power of the federal government is good including this
rural-cells ALWAYS, since at least the new deal, supported a strong federal government, as long as it did "take from group A and give it to group B" redistributionist schemes that benefited them
fuck, in Wickard v Filburn, the infamous supreme court decision that guaranteed that commerce clause can be used to regulate pretty much everything, the underlying law that was challenged was drafted and widely supported by farmcels because it made wheat 5x more expensive than it would be on the free market
I hate this "independent rugged individualist" BS they espouse because it's complete revisionist nonsense
Most rural areas wouldn't have electricity, phone, roads, or airports without the absolutely massive governmental support at the federal level. The TVA alone brought most of its region you by orders of magnitude.
But the Mercury says it's peaceful, WW says it's peaceful, now the Oregonian under new ownership says it's peaceful... Are you telling me that you believe your own lying eyes instead of them?
Each government type has advantages and disadvantages. If you're a married Hungarian in Hungary, you'll get subsidized by the state to make children. Hungarian children, of course. If you're a Chinese dude that loves the fatherland, law, order, and performing the work/home drone cycle safely without getting mugged and the sort, you'll probably like the Chinese state. There are plenty of reasons to be proud for being Chinese these days, an emerging world power, the crushing of the pandemic (which is hard to question these days after months of life returning to normal documented online), the obvious coping&seething of the West that doesn't seem to do much and more.
Yet, if you're some trans dude in Poland or Hungary wanting to show bussy, things might be less pleasant. If you're a devout Muslim in Xinjiang, you might be in for a wild ride. You never know when you wake up without a kidney, roller-coaster life hits you hard.
But yeah, anarchism is not the sort of thing these societies usually tolerate.
If you're a Chinese dude that loves the fatherland, law, order, and performing the work/home drone cycle safely without getting mugged and the sort, you'll probably like the Chinese state.
Until you got illegally laid off, or your investment platform took your money and ran.
now now, let's not get triggered by something as uncontroversial as reality
As dumb rightoids in Brazil dig trenches for bodies, China has long got it under control and its economy is growing again, things are back to normal mostly, smart, high IQ people are wearing masks as required, and will get vaccinated as required too.
China has long got it under control and its economy is growing again
I am genuinely, unironically, laughing out loud right now, next you gonna tell me that CCP officials don't fake but rather underreport their economic growth numbers so that the world doesn't know how awesome they are since it might not take it
how much is China paying you? seriously, my suspicion of you being a CCP actually rose from being just a joke to actually being quite likely lol
Western cope&seethe is just so unfunny and lacking in entertainment potential. Imagine thinking random dudes online are Chinese bots, what are you, some Rachel Maddow "muh Russian bots" clone, but with Chinese characteristics?
Imagine thinking somebody requires payment to have a realistic perspective on a foreign country.
actually you being a bot whose author gets paid is more respectable prospect than some aznidenitity-cel that wants to suck Xi's dick, sorry for being nice on the internet 😞
I'm not Asian, dude, I'm European. East European. I don't particularly like the West, just like I don't particularly like it anywhere. Like I said, everything has flaws, and advantages.
Plus, sometimes you need a Duda, Orban or Xi to deal with rebellious rightoids or anarchists, instead of tweeting Law&Order each day and playing golf.
All in all, I am not bound to any nation or identity, I didn't swear an oath of allegiance to anyone, in fact I quite despise the identity crap. Bussy above all else😂
yeah I am eastern european too (Czechia lol), just that China fakes it's economic numbers for real and it's covid figures are probably fake as well, so when I hear someone repeat these talking points it's usually either some Asian incel that sees Xi as his father he never had, Chinese nationalistcel that does it for free or a plain ol' bot
agendapost but it's important not to be duped by them, when they are the enemy number one on the world's stage
Like everywhere else. You'll find genuine natural beauty, plastic surgery frankensteins and land whales all inhabiting the same space.
I'm not sure which couples qualify though, in case you want to immigrate. Pretty sure I remember complaints that Rroma don't qualify even with Hungarian citizenship, you can forget about LGBT couples, and there might be issues with low income families too. What you get from the state varies on number of children that you can bring in the world. There are a lot of advantages for 4 children or so.
yeah one thing I miss about living in China is being able to walk through even the darkest alleys in any neighborhood in any hour of the night and never having to even think about getting mugged or jumped
That was St Louis and that was during the riots. The Portland "riots" were mostly 50 anarchiddies who were defacing federal courthouse property and eventually tried to get a fire going with flares.
You can't disappear people unless you control the media and force them to not report on it. And as of this summer all media in Portland (with the possible exception of local TV stations) are extreme-left. If "glowies" really existed they would have gone after the journos first.
But who am I to say? Memes about Terry Davis are probably a way better way of understanding the world.
Sorry I’m not disagreeing with you and I don’t think these are glowies, just that if they wanted to people could get disappeared without the media knowing due to the cias experience with combatting commies in South America.
If we're talking strictly South America, I don't know of any operation where the CIA had much involvement other than in Bolivia against Che Guevara's invasion in the 1960s. And even then, the American hero Félix Rodríguez was only an advisor and wasn't in command.
CIA 'used to' trade weapons for cocaine and heroin. They'd sell the drugs, through proxy, in America to fund operations outside of the public eye. At some point they realized you can train the people who are buying your weapons and use them to overthrow unfriendly foreign governments. We did this in many Asian countries as well as Southern and Central American countries.
That's a really great point you brought up except of it all being total bullshit with no evidence to back it up except "it's common knowledge" among the hippies you pass your blunt around with.
First one didn't show up on wikipedia and I'm not gonna do the emotional labor to distinguish someone with such a common name.
Second guy is someone who writes a lot about the Philippines and it's all about how bad America is. This is not an impression that you get from any actual Filipinos, even Duterte-supporters, so I have to question why you're wasting my time with this shit.
Then we get to the drug stuff. This is total bullshit. That's not how the heroin junkies were getting their stuff in Vietnam in the early 1970s. There was a lot of black market trade going on both ways between Americans and Vietnamese with weed, heroin, some kind of amphetamine that was legal there, flour, all kinds of stuff. But what am I saying? I need some fucking zoomer to explain it to me from what they read in a book.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts in European History from Columbia University in 1968, a Master of Arts in Asian Studies from the University of California, Berkeley in 1969, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Southeast Asian History from Yale University in 1977.
So how many tours did he do during that time? 🤔 Literally has spent no more time in Vietnam than I have.
I mentioned two guys and not once did I say anything more about them than their names.
Literally has spent no more time in Vietnam than I have
Since you seem only capable of reading Wikipedia pages here's an entry from the book's own page
"McCoy conducted "more than 250 interviews, some of them with past and present officials of the CIA He said that top-level South Vietnamese officials, including President Nguyen Van Thieu and Premier Tran Van Khiem, were specifically involved."
McCoy wrote Politics of Heroin while seeking a PhD in Southeast Asian history at Yale University. Cathleen B. Read (a graduate student who spent time in the region during the war) and Leonard P. Adams II are also listed as co-authors."
The book was the product of eighteen months of research and at least one trip to Laos by Alfred W. McCoy.
Calling me a zoomer when you yourself seem terrified of reading a book. Pretty gay to deny that the CIA does this when you can accept they do and it's cool that we have such an awesome Intelligence community.
Unironically my favorite website. If you ever wake up and just don't feel like doing anything, read CIA FOIA docs and compare them to what we know now and see if they were right. It's a great sport.
If the US wanted to disappear these dumbasses they’d be in that secret mountain prison under the Rockies before the tranqs wore off like all the other communists.
The US is a bit shit, but kind of lukewarm shit that's mostly ignorable and doesn't affect most people's day to day lives. This seems to troll people no end who would really like the US to be more shit and their protests could then be about more than something that Donald Trump once said in 1995 that was vaguely impolite and similar such things.
The only people facing oppression in America are n@zcels, except it's not the government doing it, it's private corporations. Visa and paypal make better antif@ than greasy anarcho-nerds, prove me wrong.

I like how they don’t like federal supremacy over the state/local government when they aren’t in charge.
Also to quote Mussolini “the badder the government is the more fascister it is”
66 SnideBumbling 2020-07-21
They were all about the supremacy clause when Obamacare was around, and when there was a threat of a new Assault Weapon ban.

“President Obama's action today is a blight on his legacy because he will forever be known as the president who signed indefinite detention without charge or trial into law,” said Anthony D. Romero, ACLU executive director. “The statute is particularly dangerous because it has no temporal or geographic limitations, and can be used by this and future presidents to militarily detain people captured far from any battlefield. The ACLU will fight worldwide detention authority wherever we can, be it in court, in Congress, or internationally.”
