I'm 5,6 and had an easy time getting girls while in a fucking hospital and later in a wheelchair. Im genuinely confused how so many guys on reddit struggle.
Literally the only time I've been insecure about approaching woman is reading about how everyone on reddit says it's basically hopeless to get a girl.

Pretty simple, they find me more approachable. I'm pretty up-front. Get the same jokes like "I never fucked in a wheelchair" or "can't run away", stupid things like that. Most girls aren't taller than 5,6 and those who are, are usually more insecure about there height than mine. If you can make a girl laugh, and are confident you can fuck the shit outta them regardless, it's pretty easy.
I'm not in the wheelchair anymore, I walk with a cane now, but ultimately, I don't have any flirting tricks, I just know how to hold a conversation, and I'm not shy that I messaged them because there cute and I'm trying to fuck, maybe see where else it goes.
Edit: Also I'm not shy to call out BS, like if a girl tells me something shallow like "what if I want to wear heels", I'll jokingly call them out on that point laughing at it without getting defensive.
