Yeah theres a reason you get good stuff out of there, they can actually afford to pay local writers through subscriptions. That combined with andy staples and co, Joe Rexrode and Ubben, its just all star all day

Back when I was a rentoid I tried paying my rent in exposure, the landlady called the cops tho....
I haven't tried it with the mortgage company they may be more amenable to me hanging dong.
