The worst managers I had were women. I have to say the black women bosses were pretty badass but the canadian/pakistani engineer and I used to have arguments in the middle of the office. My one black female boss fired a dude though for telling her to go fuck herself and unfortunately for him it was in earshot of another employee lol Black women HR people should be avoided at all costs.
I mean their whole argument is that they are more "pro-social" which makes them more partisan--basically, they thrive via identity politics which is probably the only reason they got into office anyway
Not that I don't believe this, but there have been an awful lot of dudes chimping out about Trump 24/7 for the last four years. It's probably performative.
