EDIT 2: High effort alert. IMAGE HERE. I measured the height of the pixels of a single average person near the front compared to the back, found a difference of 7-8 in magnitude. That allowed me to draw lines of perspective (green lines).

I then created an arbitrary box to fit the projection of the lines, and counted the faces (blue dots) as you can see in the bottom center. I counted about 350. I then multiplied this by the number of large projected 'boxes' on the screen (90) which calculates to 31,500 people. You can then maybe add about 50% for the amount of people not shown in the image and we get 50,000. At the very maximum, I would expect 200,000 people, but less not less than 25,000.

EDIT 3: Xtra high effort alert: Went the extra mile and created a more accurate perspective projection for the whole scene. I still count around 100 large boxes of 350 faces, so my previous guesstimate of about 50,000-100,000 stands. I do however hear from the grapevine of giant crowds outside this scene and on the streets. So maybe you can double, triple or really knock yourself out and ten-tuple according to your biases.

Seems like the so called "hack" was fake news. What actually happened was that donk_enby just scraped the parler public API and then this was blown up by the usual suspects into a hack where data was leaked to own the rightoids.

Here is what did happen: Parler had idiotic sequential numbering for its posts and users, so basically the first user was user 1, the second was user 2 and so on. Hence you could easily scrape the public data for all the users by going one by one through them. Note that this does not reveal the email or phone number or driving licence associated to an account as it is only public data, so stuff like user ID and number of followers. Whether an account was an admin was public info so the donk_enby basically highlighted the info of the first 200 admins in the sequential numbering.

The same thing for all the posts, so you could scrape all the posts by starting at post 1 and adding 1. Even worse deleted posts were not actually deleted but instead had a "Deleted" bit set to 1 which meant that the app would no longer show the post, even though it still existed. Thus all the deleted posts also got scraped.

To make matters worse Parler did not strip EXIF data (n-slur what????) from its images and videos so all that was also scraped.

Also Parlers 2fa said bye to them and Parler had a fail open rather than fail closed method which meant you could create a new account without any verification. Thus some r-slurs created many thousands of parler accounts, although as far as I can tell nothing nefarious was done with them.

TLDR: If you just had an account and never posted the only thing "leaked" was the account name (dramatards breathe a sigh of relief). However if you were a regular poster all your posts can be linked to your account and if you posted pics the exif data can be used to link them and thus your account to you in person. It's over for you.
