Get some sort of remote job. Salesforce training is free and you can get an Admin 1 cert in like a month or two if you apply yourself. AWS training takes longer but it's also free and there are fewer qualified cloud techs than there are job postings. Look at your state's ETPL list and get WIOA funding for reskilling. You can train to become a full stack developer or sys analyst in 12-18 months online, and if you go through the right channels you can get Uncle Sam to foot the bill.
