He’s correct. There’s a huge drive in the Latin community in Los Angeles to get them to sign up for the vaccine. The government website is in English only and the older people are obviously not computer or smartphone savvy. It’s not that they’re minorities that makes them incapable of signing up to a website. It’s that they’re old and poor so they don’t use computers or smartphones as much as their children.
