I didn't watch the testimony you're referencing, but what I'm talking about has been reported on for months. Without having seen it, I would just remind you that you're hearing testimony from a prosecution witness and the city wishes to shift blame onto Chauvin. I imagine that the testimony is probably quibbling over the details of the technique's application.
