My phone wallpaper is a live view of the Earth from space made of live satellite imagery including cloud patterns and the actual horizon, so I can tell the time from it.

This was actually the exact experience I had with my poorphone that made me switch back to ifruit. It couldn’t SMS text and I had to learn the inter-workings of my local cell towers to get the thing to make a proper call, but I’ll be damned if it wasn’t a cool little entertainment computer that could drain its battery life in an hour and a half by having some crazy gimmick for aesthetics sake.
