I'm somewhat surprised because the ACLU seemed to lose some of their principles after Orange Father. Good to see they are still commited to dunking on the government and big business.

Lets see'em defend the 2nd amendment.

They can just rely on the NRA for that one.

The ACLU is so based. They hate father and defend his right to say stupid shit on the internet anyways

I'm genuinely surprised. I had lost all hope for the Lefts ability to maintain a principled stance on free speech and the monopolistic control of online discourse by, effectively, 2 men.

I hope this is the start of something.

Some of them seem to be waking from their Trump fever dream and realizing that maybe they went a tad far during the Orange Presidency.

ACLU is based from 1900s. Protecting Nazis and Jews at the same time.

Some bite-sized drama in the comments there.

To make sure that they don't get branded an enemy of the people by defending the rights of the people, the ACLU (PBUH) starts each paragraph with a diatribe against the Orange Father. Hopefully this will stop most of the twitter warriors from calling them Nazi-sympathizers.

every time I get summoned here, I have a quick look around and find that this place gets worse and worse, it's like a black hole which mangles everything that gets sucked into it. src
