Even according to the copesquad there isn’t any new evidence, yet this one will make it to scotus for...reasons.

The evidence is super weird and clearly is just them not understanding what they're talking about on even a basic level.

These specific claims have already been reviewed by the correct people and nobody has any idea what the fuck he's talking about.

The people making the claims are so wildly off base it seems idk how they aren't gonna lose defamation lawsuits:

Lindell first interviews former Trump National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, who claims that countries like China and Venezuela have been able to tamper with election results through voting machines. Flynn says that “what we do know for certain is that these machines are connected to the internet,” he said. The consequence of this, Flynn explained, is that data from the machine traveled across an “electronic highway” into “another country.” This is false. Dominion Voting Systems has clarified on its website that its own voting technology along with voting systems, more generally, are not connected to the internet: “Voting systems are, by design, meant to be used as closed systems that are not networked (meaning not connected to the Internet). It is technologically impossible to ‘see’ votes being counted in real-time and/or to ‘flip’ them.”

What’s more, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, has noted on its website that, “Voting systems undergo testing from state and/or federal voting system testing programs, which certify voting system hardware and software.” The agency’s website also notes: “Before use in elections, voting systems undergo hardware and software testing to ensure they are consistent with state and/or federal requirements. Under these programs, voting system manufacturers submit systems to undergo testing and review by an accredited laboratory or state testers. This testing is designed to check that systems function as designed and meet applicable state and/or federal requirements or standards for accuracy, privacy and accessibility.”

Many of the claims made can be debunked with a look at public data:

It’s unclear what alleged fraudulent Arizona votes Flynn is referring to, we have debunked claims of fraud in Maricopa County, Arizona. Lindell has claimed that there were “150,000 ballots from voters who registered after the registration deadline” in Maricopa County, which isn’t true, as we wrote earlier: “In the month before the election, a federal judge ruled in favor of extending Arizona’s voter registration deadline from October 5 until October 23. An appeals court overturned that decision, and ended registration on October 15. The Tucson Sentinel reported that there were fewer than 20,000 new registered voters--not 150,000--in Maricopa County during the extended period between October 5 and October 15. Furthermore, in December a U.S. district court judge dismissed allegations of voter fraud, specifically claims of illegal votes and foreign interference in Arizona in December, saying that the case was ‘sorely wanting of relevant or reliable evidence,’ reported USA Today.”

This is the tip of the iceberg. Pillow crackhead has a "phd" "scientifically prove" more votes than people in multiple counties yet nobody has any idea what data he's looking at.

He specifically cites Detroit, but Detroit had a 49% turnout:

There is no evidence to support these claims. The widely circulated claim that there were more votes than people in Detroit is false. As we noted in our fact check: “The city of Detroit has 504,714 registered voters and reported that 250,138 people voted. That’s a turnout of 49.56 percent, according to unofficial results from the city of Detroit. Per the U.S. Census Bureau's 2019 data, Detroit's population estimate is pegged at around 670,031.” The claim stems from the fact that “Wayne County, where Detroit is located, reported inconsistencies in which the number of votes didn’t match the number of voters listed in certain precincts.” However, as we explained, “These types of “out of balance” precincts are common during the canvassing process. Gregory Mahar, director of elections in Wayne County, told the Washington Post that this “type of error is common” and can usually be explained by “human error or computer malfunction.”

bullshit. the guy is known for pillows not socks

In the absence of DD(R) Dramacoin needs someone like Crazy Pillow Man in order to retain its value.

The claims on his counter suit are funny and blatantly are going to get him roasted if they ever see the inside of a court room.

The list of alleged offenses includes Dominion abusing the legal process given their suit against him, defamation, violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act, violations of the "Support and Advocacy" clause of U.S.C. §1985(3), deprivation of civil rights under the guise of state law, and civil conspiracy. Similarly, It accused Smartmatic of violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act, violations of the "Support and Advocacy" clause of U.S.C. §1985(3), and civil conspiracy.

Lol. Who filed this?

MyPillow said in the lawsuit that "in making these statements, Lindell spoke for himself, not MyPillow," adding that "MyPillow has not engaged in discussion about the 2020 election."

That could work if they didn’t have him calling himself and being introduced as mike, the my pillow guy while making the statements publicly. Also the companies funding of advertising his association to the business with the same claims and using the company Twitter account/getting it temp suspended to repeat the same claims some more. The company account also show them paying for buses with same stuff for mike to go to the rallies he spoke at and them sponsoring the event by paying for venue fees from the business account.

"Fearing retribution in the marketplace, many of MyPillow's commercial suppliers and buyers have as a direct result of Dominion's crusade terminated longstanding relationships with MyPillow which were projected to grow," Lindell's lawsuit claims.

Pretty much every company says it’s because MyPillow sales had dropped across the last years. Even if that’s just the PR speak reason, they could have stopped selling mypillow stuff because they didn’t want to be associated with mike’s public behavior, unhinged ranting, and lawsuits he was filing as a part of against counties and states that got thrown out. He definitely doesn’t bring them in enough profit to risk their own reputations over it.

Lindell is working on a second lawsuit to the Supreme Court of the United States which will outline further cyber attacks. His attorneys have declared the court will have to hear the case.

That’s not how the court system works.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey would be "going to jail," he added. He also appeared to suggest Twitter had at one point seized control of his own personal account. "Jack Dorsey is involved in a lot of evil," he said. "They took my Twitter, they were running my Twitter, not just taking it down. ... They were retweeting things making it look like Mike Lindell was OK with stuff."

Sad delusional stuff.

Lindell also claims MyPillow and MyPillow employees have suffered brand reputation damage, threats of boycott and threats of violence to MyPillow employees and himself. Lindell claims these are the results of himself along with MyPillow being sued by Dominion for his first amendment protect statements. Dominion has filed suit against Lindell and others saying their statement are defamatory. Lindell and other defendants in the cases filed by Dominion are claimed to have continued repeating their alleged defamatory claims after being notified to cease and desist.

Lindell and other defendants were offered but refused evidence to the contrary of their claims to be provided to them and have failed to produce evidence supporting their claims as based in fact. Dominion claims to have had and continues to have billions in damages along with ongoing damages from these defamatory statements against the company.

I mean people shouldn’t threaten some MyPillow employee but the only reason people are pissed at the company is because Mike is out there being bonkers publicly.

I honestly feel bad for Lindell. He's clearly delusional and encourages tens of thousands of other r-slurs' craziest cope delusions, but I think a lot of that is the result of being an alcoholic crack addict for damn near 30 years. He says he did coke from 1980-1999, when he switched to crack, and then had a heavy crack addiction until 2008. His dealer was the one who had an intervention for him and got him blacklisted among other dealers after he went on two week crack bender and didn't sleep for 14 days. There's no way his special kind of crazy isn't a result of being a former crackhead. I'm not convinced he doesn't still dabble before coming out with each new bit of lunacy.

That said being a former crack addict is still more respectable than being a former benadryl addict like Pizzashill (PhD)

I like Mike Lindell, saw an interview on colbert, very smooth and he deserves better than simping for DDR. Maybe a My Pillow run for 2024/2028 ? 😎

He appears crazy like every boomer who try to explain to tech support why their printers don't work despite having installed the cd software. But when he talks about regular stuff he looks normal, even charming.

Currently most Americans journalists and terminally online still have a big R*ssian dick stuck in theirs brain and can't function properly, sad ! 😎✌️

Edit it was not colbert but Jimmy Kimmel : https://youtu.be/_2N27160HKs

It seems like he thinks all of his public credibility is based around selling pillows, so he leads with that at every opportunity
