I live near this place. Loudoun county is pretty much super-blue...and the democrats still had to bus people in from outside the county to buff their numbers. One of their teachers spoke out against rail service at one of the school board meetings and they suspended him and was going to try to fire him, but he took them to court and was reinstated. My fellow rightoids are definitely the loudest cranks in the bunch opposing railways and the Caucasian Removal Technique stuff, but they are a minority in Loudoun. Most of the people who are questioning this stuff probably voted for Biden in the last election, which honestly makes it even funnier.

You can blame most of this on COVID. These parents got to hear what goes on in schools while their kids were doing remote learning and decided it was no bueno. There is currently a recall effort underway to remove the idiots on the school board who weren't smart enough to promise to stop it then just quietly sneak it in later bit-by-bit after everyone stopped paying attention.
