I went down the rabbit hole on the two youngest killers a few days ago. Apparently, they went to a rehabilitation center in bongland that's like a playground for jailed kids. The one seems to be doing well (the ringleader) now. The other has been arrested multiple times for CP.

I think some people are too far gone for whatever reason to be rehabilitated.

The time to catch them before they fall off the deep end is like 4 years old. After that it's too late.
