Basically, Trump has been involved in absurd levels of tax fraud/grifting and Cohen expects everyone to flip him on after the first set of indictments.
Especially considering the crimes carried out were done so at the direction of Trump.
If the chances of him going to jail looked strong, the moment they became inevitable he would be on a plane to either Russia or to crash into a mountain to frame the deep state.
They're indicting the Trump organization not Trump, on that they didn't pay taxes correctly on certain benefits like cars. Its basically nothing but the DA ran on taking down Trump so they had to figure out a way to throw piss and shit everywhere for their voters.
