The main reason South Africa got it was due to it being an ongoing thing. Events that are gone and done usually only run the risk of intervention during the event itself. Look at how Azerbaijan just ethnic cleansed Armenians for example.

There are some differences but it fundamentally will be a "settled issue" so there's no way the international community would continue after that.
