1. Write lyrics to the tune of Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer (this is the most important step)

2. Give Udio $30, and feed your lyrics into it and generate 30 times.

3. Use Flux to create ridiculous keyframes tangentially related to what your song was about.

4. Spend $15ish on Luma Labs for realistic stuff and Kling for less realistic stuff.

5. Plunk it all in Premiere.
