It has a bit weird style, but the animation is good. I appriciate when they animate the face instead of just dragging the mouth png down and up.

WEBMs like this are a reminder that storyboarding, direction, editing, etc...(saying it has a weird style is being generous) are just as important as fluid animation. May as well have mouth go up and down instead of uncanny valley stuff like this.

Well, what can I say, I'm a generous man.
But I get what you are saying (maybe), the current iteration of One Piss anime has some really fluid and flashy animation but it all feels quite un-impactful. Like an animation demo that looks cool, but does not invoke much besides "cool".
