He picks an acutely humiliating way for the "good guys" to lose in order to debase the values they stand for.
It just comes from an internalized resentment towards what's perceived as their culture's pressure which emasculates them and limits their freedom. Masculine behavior involves independent thinking and actions which runs counter to the expectations of strict rules following that is enforced in East Asian cultures. Koreans are particularly hyper-aware of the markers of social status, including masculinity. Even the societally approved masculine role models that follow the rules still carry the implication that they could break the rules and act on their own if they wanted to.
So having a character that's outside of the culturally approved norms for male behavior win over the one that's following the approved path acts as a kind of catharsis for moids who resent their perceived emasculation that they, consciously or unconsciously, blame society for. And in the realm of masculinity it's either violence or s*x.
When it's s*x you get NTR or cuck fetishes, where the bad guy is almost always someone who exists outside the culturally approved norms: black guy, white guy, fat bastard, playboy, lazy hedonist etc. They usually are deficient in some way, but they all fundamentally more masculine in how they are able to pursue what they want. Any peepee difference is just added for extra effect. The woman is just there to be the measuring stick for masculinity, her debasement with the other guy symbolizing a blow to the societal values placed on men.
