Not bad. Reminder that your values should inform the shape of the face. Two key places I see some missteps: the cheekbone and the chin/lip joining.

Look at the cheekbone in the picture - notice that it's one large orb resting under her eye and above the jaw. Your values should reflect that, but currently you just have a small dash of light coming from under the hair.

Similarly, under the corner of the lip, the skin actually recedes into dark before the orb of the chin bulges and lightens in value. Your values should show this orb lit as an orb.

Hitting these two items should help with the total resemblance of the piece. Keep working; you're doing a great job.

Shading on the face is a little heavy. Also I don't think it fully captures the Asianness
