Actually my son will learn the over-arching lesson of modern civilisation, which is division of labour and delegation of responsibilities and topic specialisation. If my son is already enrolled in a private Catholic school, for which I'm spending $$$$$ yearly, he darn well is allowed to focus on his studies and have team support for that.

And those are the allegations of one (1) person. If it's documented & introduced on record as admissible evidence, along with a psychiatrist saying "he has all the juvenile flags of dark triad personality disorder and continues to show these as adults", then I'll find it relevant.

"He killed a dog" could be anything from "he took a dog to have it euthanised" to "he set a dog on fire".

Is it likely he was an emotionally disturbed kid? Yeah. Does he deserve to live his life out of the shadow of his father? Also yeah.

People who have decided that 1) they hate other people based on an accident of birth and 2) they need to shove that in those peoples' faces, aren't doing so from reason or rationality or considering those people to be human. Letting them continue does damage to their targets. They have to be motivated to change, and "No, you can't use any of this site if you're going to try that" is a motivator. Arguments and "please" aren't.
