I know it's difficult to believe because I haven't posted my resume on bluesky dot app but I work on changing policy outcomes professionally and have done so for years and the most critical step is entirely about changing the vibes.

In 2019 almost everyone I talked to believed "Reddit will never ban hate speech"

In 2015 Reddit admins were already making (buried deep in the replies) statements that hate speech fell under the Targeted Harassment policy

We changed the vibes and made it happen
