For not complying with legal decisions, which is, in itself, an illegal act. So there should be a lawsuit, but they shouldn't face the legal consequences of breaking the law?

To be clear: Mike isn't saying that Musk / X is the comparatively sane actor in this scenario. Mike's whole thing is "Governments should cool it with prior restraint & autocracy etc"; He's one of the experts on how governments screw up social media. He leaves it to other people to critique Musk
