This afternoon's agenda, poring over en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of... to find the sigil a curator identified in a video as the logogram / sigil for "bird", which sigil isn't en.m.wiktionary.org/wiki/%F0%92%...

So, the sigil identified by a curator as "Bird" is in fact the sigil for "Bright / White / Sun", giving a transliteration of an inscription not as "White bird, bird of thunder" but as "Bird [white/bright/sun] [white/bright/sun] …"

I wonder whether "thunderbird" was eisegetically imposed as a reading of that series of logograms, or if there's other evidence supporting associating "white strike-quake" or Anzu with thunder or lightning
