T&S paid employees aren't able to be gumshoes / sheriffs. They are almost always:

🔘 sitting at a desk, looking at a dialog box on a screen

🔘 Dialog box shows a snippet of text & asks "Does this violate Rule 3, Y/N"

🔘 Whether they keep their job & benefits depends on answering these =< 10 secs/each

this isn't shocking to me, sadly, but that's because i know that this is how standardized tests are "graded" except you have only several seconds to answer 1 through 4 and you get fired if you answer differently from the two/three other people who see the same question
