A lot of high-profile "look at me, abusing the site's open registration, ban evading, etc" campaigns like this exist specifically to drive people away and/or persuade the targets to harass admins on behalf.

Don't do that.

The serial ban evader is a sociopath, by his own admission (in not so many words, but definitely by his own admission).

He's enjoying driving people to harass the admins.

We know what this kind of situation is, and how to respond to it.
