I live in a city so there are a few actual twinks, but the vast majority are hopelessly repulsive. It is basic courtesy to shave, be thin and presentable. The problem is that women prefer if you have a slight beard and I sometimes leave it for a few days before shaving. So I assume other bi twinks do the same.

Not an expert in women's preferences by any stretch of the imagination. But from personal experience, I felt that what women feel suited me was to have a thin beard about a week or so old. Since I'm extremely thin, it achieves that balance of not looking like a cute twink while avoiding playing to my weakness by not trying to pull off a big manly beard. YMMV.
