More proof the average third worlder does not actually comprehend cause and effect.
They only comprehend society at the level of we are told to do this in case of this.
So any punishment does not have a logical reason to it, it simply exists because that's how the man on top wants it, so we can be lenient on it at random because it doesn't really have any purpose ( we don't understand its purpose ).
