OPINIONS NEEDED: Is My Dad Being Creepy Towards Me, or Am I Overreacting?

So to start off, I'm 18F, White, and American. My childhood was fairly uneventful, in a tiny town in the South, in a religious family (though I suspect I was molested around age 2 - 5, but unsure. I mention this as it could also play into a possible misinterpretation of the things I'm about to mention)

I've never particularly been close to my dad. He was a hardworking, yet narcissistic and short-tempered man who'd leave you walking on eggshells and holding your breath so not to illicit an explosion. He could be very kind and attentive, but with the snap of a finger, could switch on you and rampage through the house screaming and cursing. My brother and I were always on high alert, waiting for the next explosion.

My mom knows things are tense between my dad and I, which I think she assumes is because of his flip-flop temperament in my formative years. I do try and avoid him whenever possible, partly for this reason, but that isn't all.

I avoid him because in all honesty, he creeps me out. Ever since I was a kid, he's made certain comments and gestures that left me raising my eyebrows, even at a young age. They are as follows:

Age 9: we were alone in the car, driving back home. Out of nowhere he put his hand on my upper thigh. I instantly felt creeped the frick out, because even as a kid I knew 1. he only touches mom like that, and 2. his hand should NOT be that high. I didn't say anything because I was worried about warranting another explosion (a common theme), and thankfully, it didn't escalate. Longest 5-minute car ride of my life.

Age 10: it was around noon, and I was laying in my bed doing whatever. Mom and brother were running errands. He came into my room and asked for a hug. Naturally I'm thinking "ok, whatever, he just wants a hug" so I say yes. Then he gets me to lie on my side, facing the wall, before laying down behind me and pulling me in for this super intimate spooning-hug. Again, even at that age, I'm thinking, "what the heck is wrong with this guy" because again, 1. he only cuddles mom like that and 2. what the heck is wrong with this guy. I was stuck between him and the wall, so I couldn't just get up and leave. I didn't say anything because, again, I didn't want to set off another explosion. Around 30 minutes later, he got up and left (nothing else happened when he was "hugging" me).

Age 12: I was about to go to the store to get some things, and my mom was waiting for me in the car. I went in the house to grab something and asked if he needed anything while mom and I were out. He said no, then suggested I buy some bigger bras, because "your brother and I don't need to see your boobs so clearly".

Age 14: I should have mentioned he used to smack my behind a lot when I was a kid. When I was 14, he did it again, and for some reason this time I just snapped, getting in his face and basically screaming at him to frick off (something I never do). I think he was shocked by this because he never did it again.

Age 16: on my 16th birthday, he apparently felt the need to make it known that "goodbird is legal now guys✨🎉" (16 is the age of consent in our State).

Age 17: dad, brother and I were in our hot tub in like January of this year. Dad out of the blue mentions, "I heard you shaving your legs the other night, can I have a feel?" I'm like, excuse me, WHAT? Did he just ask to feel me up? My brother, who was then 13 years old, had enough sense at his age to tell dad something like, "Seriously? She's your daughter." This incident was what got me thinking about my dad's attitudes towards me in the first place, because even my 13-year-old g*mer brother knows it's fricking weird.

Age 17 AGAIN: we were all skiing out west a month after the hot tub incident. We were swimming in the hotel pool (indoors), and of course he feels the need to tell me "your breasts are getting bigger, you should get a new swimsuit top" (which is what made me remember the bra incident). Again, I notice my brother looking at him like "are you fricking serious, dude?" and then shaking his head in disbelief a minute later.

What are your guys' opinions in this? Is this weird, or am I overreacting? I'll also mention I haven't (nor would I) tell my mom about these comments, but advice on how to proceed is welcome. Thanks👍
