I don't know why acknowledging the fact that height plays a major role in male dating success is so hard for them. Manlets can do well of course (I'm 5'8 and my neurodivergent butt got plenty of gussy before I went full schizo drug addict, and plenty of shorter men than me have done well), but let's not pretend that it's not the number one physical trait women tend to look for in men, and that being 6' or above isn't a major advantage, all else being equal.
