Your cat still loves you and wants you to be happy. Animals can legit read emotions and respond accordingly. So its not just mumbo jumbo thinking that they want you to adopt again and be happy. Its hard to love again but you never knew you where going to fall in love with your first cat, so chances are it can happen again.
