Holy shit I think I know those clowns. There's a band called "clowncore" which makes Metal/Electronic music - their shtick is that they dress as creepy clowns and play music in weird places. One of their albums (called "van") is when they're playing while in a van, and they even have a track (called "McRonald's") where they have audio from a McDonald's drive through.
