The only real scenario is scenario A. This land was made for us, not the other way around. And on the off chance that we should find something more complex than rocks in this universe, it is good to remember that whatever it is is not alive, for it lacks soul. Only man was given the gift of soul, and with it the gift of sentience and life. Everything else we see is jut mimicry, a cause-and-effect automata that merely pretends to be alive by exhibiting qualities that we generally associate with it. I'd say killing such things would be the right course of action, but one cannot kill what is not alive in the first place. Instead it would be more akin to bulldozing a building.
